Hello All,
I know I’ve been fairly quiet of late, and I apologize for it. Sometimes a little break from things is necessary for a writer to recharge the batteries, and since I’ve been publishing full bore (or at least as close to full bore as a dude like me gets) for two years now, I think my batteries definitely needed it:) I’m back though, and I’ll be more active, and a LOT more responsive from here on out.
One of the things I did during my downtime (and unfortunately, totally spaced telling anyone about) was finally approve the proof for a trade paperback edition of “Her Troika — The Complete Story“. I think it turned out beautifully, and I intend to get all of my titles into paper — eventually — for any readers who still prefer that format.
One of the things that shocked me was that Barnes & Noble showed an active listing for the book on their website almost immediately — despite the fact that I’m publishing the paperback through Createspace (which is owned by BN’s arch-rival, Amazon). I’d heard that BN had been more aggressive of late (or at least more agnostic) with listing Createspace titles on their site, but I didn’t really believe it. Now I do! So, for those of you who may be BN loyalists and paperback peeps, you’re in luck!

Congrats!
Thanks, Sadey. Pretty surreal to hold an actual physical copy of my own book in my hands.
I like it:)
I was wondering where you went to, and so was Jolynn…… I popped over to Amazon to take a look and I see you had Rachel do your cover.
I’m back now:) Rachel did a great job. Wouldn’t have found her without the link on your site. So, thank you!
I love my hard copies. So glad you did this. I wish you all the luck in the world, Mr. Evans.
Thank you, Maggie:)
There’s still something to a paperback book. Congrats on this one, it’s gorgeous!
Thanks, Natasha. I’d had a couple others in the physical proof phase, but this was the first one I took all the way through. Pretty fun, and Createspace couldn’t make it easier. Seriously, was an almost seamless process. Ingram Spark/Lightning Source has their work cut out for them. Once Createspace started offering hardbacks too (it’ll happen at some point), Lightning Source will be in a tight spot.
