Naughty New Years!

January 1, 2013 By Trent Evans

Welcome to the Naughty New Years Bloghop!

Alas, my own New Years was quite mundane. Aside from neighbors who decided to scream like banshees into the cold night for an hour or so, and a barrage of fireworks resembling the Second Battle of Fallujah, New Years was very quiet. Okay, I guess that means it wasn’t particularly quiet after all 🙂

If only the lives of smut-slingers were always as exciting as our books! Sigh.

For me, 2013 looks to be overflowing with naughty, smutty— however you want to describe it. There will be the beginning of a new erotic romance BDSM menage series, a sequel or two, and even a special project! I hope to have lots more of what readers have come to expect in Trent Evans stories. Stay tuned:)

I’ve seen quite a few bloghops, but I can’t recall seeing any as large as this one is — over 200 writers and websites. That means if you’re intrepid, and visit (and comment at) every site involved with this bloghop, you can enter for the grand prizes over 200 times! Even better, you will discover a TON of original, talented writers in the erotica and erotic romance genres.

Comment below to be eligible to win an electronic copy (in your choice of format) of any one Trent Evans book. You’ll also automatically be entered to win one of two grand prizes:

  • $100 dollar gift certificate to EdenFantasys

  • An Erotic Digital Giftbasket: 10 new releases, including a Crossfire novel from Silvia Day AND The Siren by Tiffany Reisz.

Be sure to visit other stops on this hop (there are a lot of great writers represented here). The complete list of participants can be found here.

Until next time!

Best,

Trent

About Trent Evans

Trent Evans is an independent author of BDSM erotic romance and erotica. Putting pen to paper since he was a wee lad, he decided to try to share some of the tales cooked up in his fevered imagination. Some readers might not be horrified. He tries to write stories that appeal to both women and men (wow, threading the needle), but will follow wherever the story takes him.

A long-time resident of the Pacific Northwest, the author believes that the high percentage of authors in the region (compared to the nation as a whole) is chiefly due to the fact that it’s so damned wet and miserable all the time there. They tend to use their long hours cooped up inside making up stories that depict things they’ll never see or experience – such as sunshine.

It was insane. The fireworks I liked; the blood-curdling screaming (over and over and over) … not so much.

      “Get off my lawn!”

Wow that’s kinda weird. Someone made the exact same comment I made down below there a bit. Is that real? Or spam? Am I here? Or not here? I think I’m here. OK, leaving now.

Fireworks are great, screaming not so much. Every time I hear someone say “Get off my lawn” I hear it in the voice from Monster House, lol.

I wish my New Years was even as exciting as yours. I was stuck playing Yahtzee with my teenage daughter’s best friends’ parents. It was horrible.

Sounds like you’re near my house – lol! My neighbor (who used to do professional fireworks shows) does 8pm, 10pm & midnight “shows”. Unbelievably cool. What’s NOT cool are the drunk morons who wander around hours later and find random unused fireworks and set ’em off. Just when I’ve finally coaxed the dogs out to pee – BLAM!

Loved Maintenance Night and look forward to reading your other books.

    Happy New Year!
