Hello all. Been quiet around this blog for far too long, so I thought I’d bring back something I’ve not been doing much of lately — a cover reveal. Originally published in the USA Today bestselling boxed set, Bound, Spanked & Loved, my little smutty sci-fi romance novella, Taking the Human, has been, well, expanded.
Originally about 21K words in length, it’s now a full-length novel well more than twice that size.
(Goody! More room for the dirty!)
I’m going to include a good sized — and hot — excerpt today as well (to sort of reorient folks to the story), but before I do that, here’s the cover. I think you’ll like it:)
Rachel Olson over at No Sweat Graphics put this one together. Hope you liked!
Excerpt is below:
* * *
“Thank you for fitting us in to the schedule, doctor.”
Alisse sat on a padded table so high her feet dangled well above the floor. She felt more out of place than she ever had. Being brought here, knowing what might be coming, didn’t make her feel any better either. Dressed in a long, tan coat that buttoned close to the neck, and resembling more a monk than a doctor, a strange man was speaking to her Master.
His name’s Lukanos, you idiot. Don’t think like that.
“We’ll need to make this quick, Lieutenant. I’ve got other clients on the way.” The doctor looked over at Alisse. He had kind eyes, she thought, even though they looked black as night, the irises a cobalt blue that seemed to meld into the jet pupils. “Let’s have off with that robe.”
“No…no, I’ll leave it on.” This wasn’t what she bargained for. Though the doctor seemed kind, she wasn’t about to disrobe in front of the man.
“Alisse, follow his directions as you would mine.” Lukanos crossed his arms, his gaze still indulgent. But the lowering of his voice held an unmistakable word of warning.
“Can’t you just… do what you have to do with the robe on? It’s not like it’s covering that much.” She didn’t need to remind them that her erect nipples were clearly visible under the fabric, the room frustratingly cool.
“You will do what he says.” Lukanos’ eyes narrowed ever so slightly, the message clear.
She was skating on very thin ice.
“We need to get a look at you to ensure you’re all right. Nothing too terrible now.” The doctor’s finger raised. “Off with it, little dear.”
“No.” She knew it was hopeless, but she wasn’t going to go down without a fight. She wasn’t going to be showing the doctor anything. “It’s totally unnecessary for me to be naked. And besides — it’s cold.”
“Oh, dear,” the doctor said, giving her a wan smile.
Faster than she’d ever have believed, she found herself flat on her back, her hard, very naked nipples reaching for the sky, the padded table cool against her skin, a web of straps holding her down so tightly she felt as if she could barely breathe, let alone move. Fortunately, they’d left her head free.
Lukanos leaned over her. “Any more defiance, and I’ll gag you too. You’ve already disobeyed me — don’t make what’s coming any worse. Be good.”
Mercifully, the doctor moved quickly.
“Vitals are strong. The human heart rates are so high, even at rest. Amazing.”
She winced as two bursts of heat bloomed at the crook her left elbow.
“Just a blood sample now,” the doctor said. “Try to relax.”
“We took one on the transport too. Ran a screen on it and it came back clean.” Lukanos’ gaze coursed down her exposed body. “Do you think she needs another?”
“The transport med kits are basic, but they’re usually enough. Mainly, I want to be sure she hasn’t come down with something since you brought her home. Best to be careful.”
The doctor opened a cabinet, then returned to her side, gazing down at her, stroking his chin. “Where would you like it?”
“Somewhere unobtrusive is fine.” Lukanos flashed her a quick smile.
“How about under the breast? Hers are plenty large enough. Shouldn’t be visible unless you lift it up.”
Alisse squirmed against the straps, getting absolutely nowhere. “Wait! What—?”
“It’s an ID marker,” Lukanos sat on a stool next to the table and took her hand, giving it a squeeze. “It doesn’t hurt that much. It’s for your safety and my peace of mind. You can be found anywhere on the planet — and likely even out to low orbit — once you have this marker. It’s not bad, just a little sting then it’s over with.” He nodded at the doctor.
She looked away as the doctor a strong hand grasped her breast, easing it up until the skin in the crease below was taut. Her cheeks flamed as he handled her, murmuring something unintelligible. Then a rising burning sensation erupted across her skin, and she yelped.
“It’s okay, girl,” Lukanos said softly. “Almost done.”
“That should do it. I’ll have my assistant transmit the ID activation over to the Registrar for you. Then we’ll run a diagnostic once you get her home. Make sure its signal return is accurate.”
The doctor returned the marker gun to the cabinet, then pulled on a pair of thin mauve hued gloves. “I assume you’ve been using her?”
Her blush flared anew, and she closed her eyes.
“Yes — just once, so far.”
“Smart. Best not to rush it. It’s a very tight fit, even in the best of cases. Ease her into it at first, and her body will adjust. Mind if I check her though?”
The release of straps across her spread legs surprised her, and instinctively she brought her legs up, her heels digging into the padding to try to push against her bindings.
“Enough,” Lukanos barked, smacking her thigh sharply, searing heat sinking into her flesh from the slap.
“That’s okay, it’s normal,” the doctor said, wrapping an arm around both of her flailing legs. “Just relax, now. Only want to have a look at you. Not going to hurt.”
Still, though she knew it was stupid, she resisted. It wasn’t that she thought she could actually stop them, it was that she wanted them — and Lukanos, especially — to know that she wasn’t some beaten dog. She wasn’t going to just let herself be handled like…
A toy? That’s what you are.
“I warned you,” Lukanos growled, taking hold of her face, his strong fingers squeezing her cheeks until her jaw was forced open. A thick bit smelling strongly of leather was pressed between her teeth, and she bit down on it hard. Fastened around the back of her neck, the bit pulled down tighter against her tongue, reducing her words to mere gargles, the straps already starting to gall the corners of her mouth.
“You’ll wear this until I think you’re ready to do as you’re told.”
She barked back at him, the sound a pitiful mewl that made both men chuckle.
The doctor hoisted her legs up until they were extended straight overhead, thick black cuffs cinched tight about her ankles. Alisse’s cheeks heated as she realized how fully the position exposed her to their gazes.
“Nice growth of hair there. Thick and healthy,” the doctor murmured. Something poked at her sex. “The labia are in good shape.” Her pussy was splayed so wide that she whimpered against her gag.
“She’s…very tight,” Lukanos said. “Almost wasn’t able to penetrate her fully, but she managed it.”
The doctor probed deep into her sex, prodding her here and there, pressing against the top of her vaginal canal, making her jerk in her bonds.
“Responsive, I see.”
“Oh yes, she lubricates readily too. Even after I spanked her the first time, she was quite wet.”
“Hot blooded, human females are,” the doctor said casually, with a quick tweak of her clit, letting her know he’d noticed how prominent it was. It had long been a source of shame for her, even though Phillip had said he loved it.
“Only some minor redness in the vaginal tissues, Lieutenant. Well stretched, but no apparent tearing. She should adapt, with time, as long as you go slow with her. Once she’s accommodated, you should be able to use her without restriction — though I daresay, it’s never going to be all that easy for her.”
Both men chuckled again.
Something brushed against her anus, and she tightened her buttocks. The doctor’s voice was gentle. “Just a quick look now.”
Cold gel was spread upon her opening, then a finger pressed against the entrance. The pressure backed off then resumed, both men speaking to each other now in their native tongue. She tried to relax, pushing against the pressure, knowing it would be less painful if she cooperated.
Then it slipped through the sphincter, and eased in slowly. She panted against her gag, willing her bottom to loosen against the thick finger. It twirled and prodded for a moment, then it withdrew, and she blew out a relieved breath.
“You did very well, girl,” Lukanos said, caressing her burning cheek.
A hand stroked the back of one of her thighs. “She’s in good shape. If you decide to use her anus, she will definitely need trainers. Do you have any?”
“I’ve got a set I procured from Terra that should work well.”
“Good. The ones we have here are often difficult for the humans to manage, so Terran versions should work better, I think.”
Her legs were lowered then, her thighs quickly strapped down to the table once more.
The doctor’s huge hands closed around her breasts, and he manipulated them, lifting, squeezing, and kneading each one in turn far longer and more thoroughly than any breast exam she’d ever experienced. His hard fingers pinched and pulled upon her nipples until they stood up obscenely, each tweak of his merciless digits making her whine behind her gag.
“Good heavy breasts, tissues are dense and smooth. Nipples are in fine condition. Long and thick, and should accommodate rings well if you decide to pierce her.”
Lukanos grinned at her. “I’ll think about it.”
Her blood ran cold at the idea, but she knew she’d have to submit to it if her owner so chose.
You’re in so far over your fucking head here.
“If you decide to whip her breasts, stay away from the heavy implements. Light and stingy is best, though your hand will do in a pinch too, if you’re careful.”
She yelled behind her gag. They wouldn’t really do that to her, would they?
Who are you kidding? Your pussy is wet just thinking about it.
Finally, it was over, the straps released and Alisse back on her feet. Clothing never felt so blissful as when her robe was restored to her. However, the gag remained in place, the corners of her lips beginning to ache.
The men did what she perceived was their version of a handshake, each holding up a hand, pressing their palms together for a moment. A slow motion high five was what immediately came to mind.
She peered up at Lukanos, silently imploring him to take off the gag, but he gave her a cool look. “Not until we address your little rebellion today. We’ll take care of that on the way home, I think.”

Thank you, Anita! Glad you enjoyed it.
I was wondering if you know when the next Dominion Trust book will be out? I have enjoyed reading this seris.
Trent Evans says
Right now, I’m not sure when the next Dominion Trust series book (Quinton’s Crucible) will be released. Originally slated for release earlier in 2016, I had to take it out of the publication schedule because it just wasn’t ready for “prime time.” The story was going places I hadn’t expected, and as a result, I wanted to be sure I was taking the time I needed to do it right:) It will be released eventually, but I’m just not certain as to when. There are at least two other stories in the Dominion Trust world that are also percolating right now, but they haven’t gotten out of the rough sketch phase as of yet.
Rest assured though, the series will continue (eventually). I’m sorry to make you wait longer:(
When will the 2nd book chronicles of muurland. Be out.

I’ve been trying to work on this one as I get time. It’s definitely one I want to get published (been waiting far too long), but as the project list was constantly in flux during the first part of 2016, this project has had to slip out several times. I apologize for that.
I think I probably need to post my publication schedule somewhere on this blog; it will help me stay on schedule, and hopefully give any readers who are curious a sneak peek at what’s coming up later in the year, and 2017.
Thanks for asking about this one:)
